Refund Policy

AuraSilk currently follows 30-day unopened returns. AuraSilk does not currently offer a sleep trial or a lifetime warranty.

Contact customer care

Start the return request within 30 days of delivery by emailing customer care with the order number and the item in question.

Review and instructions

If the request is eligible, AuraSilk shares the next-step instructions and the required return details.

Inspection and refund

Returned items are reviewed after receipt. Approved refunds are then issued back to the original payment method.

Eligible returns

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Eligible items must remain unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Original packaging and protective seals should be included when available.

Not eligible

  • AuraSilk does not currently offer a sleep trial or a lifetime warranty.
  • Items that have been opened, slept on, washed, or otherwise used.
  • Items returned without the original packaging when packaging was part of the delivered order.
  • Items returned in damaged condition not caused by transit.
  • Requests made outside the active return window.

Refund timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Bank posting times can vary after AuraSilk completes the refund.
  • If a return arrives damaged in transit, customer care may request additional details before final approval.

Incorrect or damaged items

  • If the wrong item arrives, contact customer care as soon as possible.
  • If the parcel or product arrives damaged, include photos in the first email.
  • AuraSilk reviews transit issues separately from standard unopened return requests.
